1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk32 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kk32 website at https://kk32.club and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products offered on the platform.

By accessing the kk32 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded from the kk32 platform or any related platform operated by us, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the kk32 platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Account Rules

• Each player may hold only one (1) account on the kk32 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or IP address will be treated as duplicate accounts and may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• kk32 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from kk32 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
• kk32 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or abuse of the platform in any form.

KYC Verification

kk32 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Players may be required to submit proof of identity and proof of address before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and utility bills issued within the past three months.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested by kk32 may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. kk32 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing that are attributable to incomplete or outstanding KYC documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kk32 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the rules set out in this section.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kk32 on a per-transaction basis, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kk32 does not accept deposits from accounts held in third-party names.
• Deposits are credited to your kk32 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment gateway. kk32 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• kk32 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges applied by a payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes in the majority of cases, subject to KYC verification being complete and no fraud flags being present on the account.
• kk32 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for additional security checks. Players will be notified if a hold is applied to their withdrawal request.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the rollover condition is met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kk32 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is claimed.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players only. A player may claim the welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Subsequent re-registrations or the use of alternative accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• kk32 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, or engaged in any form of coordinated bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to any other currency or asset.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup tournaments are subject to additional specific terms published on the platform at the time of the promotion. Players are responsible for reading those terms before participating.

kk32 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited to a player's account at the time of discontinuation will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk32 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform itself. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process proceeds of crime, or making deposits with the intention of withdrawing without completing any genuine wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform's software, design, or content without express written authorisation from kk32.

7. Responsible Gaming

kk32 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The platform provides account-level tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including the following:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount deposited into the account within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to alert them when a session has exceeded a chosen duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform by contacting [email protected]. Temporary exclusions last for a minimum of 30 days. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

The kk32 brand name and logo are proprietary marks of the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the kk32 platform without the express prior written consent of kk32. Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk32 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service offered on it. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

kk32 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kk32 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included on it.

10. Amendments to These Terms

kk32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, kk32 may additionally notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the kk32 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kk32 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges that players using the platform are subject to the laws of Bangladesh applicable to their individual circumstances.

In the event of a dispute between a player and kk32, the player must first contact [email protected] and allow kk32 a reasonable period of no less than 30 days to investigate and respond. kk32 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. All decisions made by kk32 in connection with disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, or account actions are final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
